Network Logger Pro
A: Since Network Logger Pro is designed to run for weeks or months at a time, a lot of care has gone into designing it to use very little CPU time. That way your machine stays cool and has almost all of it’s power available for other tasks. Typical usage with the default settings is about 5% of CPU on one core. Network Logger Pro is an active network-testing tool for documenting outages of both your Internet connection and Web sites. It also produces charts and logs of URL speeds over long periods of time. You can export network performance graphs as PDFs and quickly show tech support what you are experiencing in a way that enables them to understand. Network Logger Pro can also be used to monitor web sites, ongoingly ping any network device and produce historical graphs and logs of their speeds, outages, and response times. Some customers have told us of interesting uses they have for Network Logger Pro. PLTW Biomedical Science: While students can still use their legacy Vernier Sensors with Logger Pro, course updates recommend moving to the newest GoDirect Vernier sensors and Graphical Analysis 4. Graphical Analysis 4 can be used with Mac, PC, Chromebook, Android, and iOS devices.
